The context
An annual seminar: plenaries, workshops, team games, and an evening party. The communications team needs to turn it into an aftermovie and LinkedIn posts, but the budget only covers a photographer for the first half day.
The problem
The best shots from a seminar are never in the plenary session: they're in the workshops, the coffee breaks, the late night karaoke. All moments the attendees capture... and keep on their phones. The shared folder set up the year before had stayed completely empty.
The solution
A QR code projected on the opening slide, repeated on the tables at the evening party: "Your photos and videos from the two days, right here." Attendees send straight from their browser, with nothing for IT to deploy, and the comms team moderates as it comes in from their own dashboard.
The result
Hundreds of authentic photos and dozens of videos, at original quality, sorted by attendee. The aftermovie is edited the following week, the image library feeds internal comms all year long, and the setup gets renewed automatically.
