Before You Write to Us
How soon will my event be ready?
You'll get a reply within 24 hours, and your complete event (custom page, QR code, table cards, host dashboard) is delivered within 48 hours of confirmation. For something urgent, a Saturday wedding for example, just mention it in your message: we'll move as fast as we can, often the same day.
Can I try it before paying?
Yes: the trial is free up to 4 guests, no credit card needed. You test the whole experience, from scanning the QR code to downloading the album, and you only move to a paid plan once you're convinced.
What do you need to know to set up my page?
The essentials fit in five answers: the date, the type of event, the city, the approximate guest count, and the plan you want. If you have a theme or colors (your stationery, your decor), share them: the page will match.
What if I don't have all the details yet?
Write to us anyway: we'll build the foundation, and everything stays editable right up to the big day (text, colors, reveal time, upload window). The QR code, though, never changes, so you can safely send your stationery to print.
