Article 4: Hosting of Data and Media

User data (contact requests, client area accounts, and events) is hosted via the Supabase service, on AWS infrastructure located in the eu-west-3 region (Paris, France).

Media files entrusted by clients and their guests (photos, videos) are stored on servers located in Europe, on infrastructure separate from that of the site.

For any information on the processing of personal data, users are invited to consult the site's Privacy Policy.

The Huskox trademark, the associated domain name, the logo, and all elements comprising the site (text, graphics, layouts, illustrations, software elements) are the exclusive property of the publisher or are used under authorization. Any reproduction, representation, modification, or exploitation, in whole or in part, of these elements, without the publisher's prior written authorization, is prohibited and constitutes an infringement within the meaning of article L.335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.

Photos, videos, and other content uploaded as part of the services offered remain the exclusive property of their authors (the clients or their guests). The publisher uses them only to the extent strictly necessary to provide the service (hosting, layout, sharing with persons designated by the client) and claims no rights over this content.

Article 7: Credits

Some illustrative photos on the site come from the Unsplash image library and are used under the Unsplash license. They are provided for illustration purposes only and do not depict actual clients of the service.

Article 8: Consumer Mediation

In accordance with articles L.612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, every consumer has the right to have free recourse to a consumer mediator with a view to the amicable resolution of a dispute with a professional.

To this end, the publisher guarantees the consumer effective access to a consumer mediation scheme:
