User data (contact requests, client area accounts, and events) is hosted via the Supabase service, on AWS infrastructure located in the eu-west-3 region (Paris, France).

Media files entrusted by clients and their guests (photos, videos) are stored on servers located in Europe, on infrastructure separate from that of the site.

For any information on the processing of personal data, users are invited to consult the site's Privacy Policy.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, or exploitation, in whole or in part, of these elements, without the publisher's prior written authorization, is prohibited.

Photos, videos, and other content uploaded as part of the services offered remain the exclusive property of their authors (the clients or their guests). The publisher uses them only to the extent strictly necessary to provide the service (hosting, layout, sharing with persons designated by the client) and claims no rights over this content.

Article 7: Credits

Some illustrative photos on the site come from the Unsplash image library and are used under the Unsplash license. They are provided for illustration purposes only and do not depict actual clients of the service.

Article 8: Disputes

In the event of a dispute, the client is invited first to send a written complaint to hello@huskox.com, so that an amicable solution can be sought together.
