Hosted in the European Union
Your files are stored on servers located in Europe, and the album is private by default. GDPR compliant, permanently deleted at the end of the retention period.
Original quality preserved
Originals are never recompressed. Thumbnails are just for browsing; the export gives you the files exactly as they are, 4K included.
Long-term storage
12 to 24 months depending on your plan, with extensions available. You're notified before anything expires.
Common Technical Questions
What photo and video formats are accepted?
Every format modern phones produce: JPEG, PNG, WebP, HEIC/HEIF (iPhone), AVIF, and GIF for photos; MP4, MOV, WebM, MKV, and 3GP for videos, up to 2 GB per file and in 4K. Apple formats are converted automatically so everyone can view them.
Are the photos compressed?
Never. Original files are kept exactly as they are: thumbnails are only used to browse the gallery, and downloads give you the originals, pixel for pixel, with no watermark.
What happens if the venue's wifi is bad?
Uploads are split into small chunks and automatically resume right where they left off as soon as the connection comes back, even if the phone got locked in the meantime. A hefty video sent over a shaky mobile signal always makes it through eventually.
Who can see the album?
Only people who have the link or the QR code: the album isn't public and isn't indexed by search engines. You can also restrict the gallery so each guest only sees their own uploads until the opening time you choose.
